These would be terrific wrapped up as gifts.
2 bags short pretzel rods
1 pound milk chocolate candy coating
1 cup peanuts — crushed
1 package caramel apple wrappers — cut into 1/2-inch strips
Wrap 2/3 ‘s of each pretzel in a caramel strip
Melt chocolate and dip wrapped pretzel in chocolate leaving end bare for holding. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Let dry for a minute then roll pretzels in crushed peanuts
Let dry another minute and using tines of a fork drizzle with more chocolate
Combine any left over nuts, chocolate and broken pretzels to make a nut cluster
May freeze after completing
