Ham Loaf
Posted: April 15, 2007 Filed under: Main Dish, Pork Leave a commentThe hospital where I work has a very good cafeteria. In fact, it is now run by a family who used to operate a very popular mom & pop diner in this town that has since closed its doors. Since Mr. Turoff has taken over the kitchen at Marion General Hospital, this meal has become a favorite. In fact, the local newspaper will publish when this meal is being served and people will flock to the hospital cafeteria, just to eat this Ham Loaf. Once the newspaper published the recipe. This is the recipe, scaled down to family size.
